Built for Pakistani ISPs

ISP Billing Software in Pakistan

Running an internet or cable business in Pakistan means collecting money in many small payments: cash at the door, JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers, bank deposits, and customers who pay half now and half next week. myisphub is billing and collection software made for exactly that way of working. It replaces the notebook and the Excel sheet with one system for subscribers, bills, payments, recovery staff and receipts.

Why ISP billing in Pakistan is different

Most billing tools assume card payments, email invoices and customers who pay on the same day every month. A Pakistani ISP usually works differently:

  • Customers pay in cash, by JazzCash or EasyPaisa, or by bank transfer, so every payment has to be checked before it is counted.
  • Recovery officers visit areas and lanes to collect, so the business needs to know who collected what, and when.
  • Partial payments and unpaid balances from earlier months are normal. A fair bill must show the current month and the old dues separately.
  • WhatsApp is the channel customers actually read, so reminders and receipts need to be easy to send there.
  • Many ISPs still keep records in a register or a spreadsheet, so finding one customer or one old payment takes too long.

What myisphub handles for your ISP

Everything below works in the web dashboard, and most of it also works in the Android app.

  • Subscriber records with package, area, address, device details and portal login. Import an existing list from an Excel file. See subscriber and billing features.
  • Monthly billing with discounts, tax and previous dues carried forward, so a bill always shows what is owed and why. Read how it works in monthly billing: 30-day cycle vs calendar month.
  • Partial payments, advance payments and verified payment records for cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay and bank transfer.
  • One-click WhatsApp reminders and receipts, plus SMS reminders sent from your own phone and SIM through the Android app. See reminders and receipts.
  • PDF receipts, shareable receipt images and thermal-printer receipts that you design yourself.
  • Complaints, installation requests and field staff with their own logins and limited access.
  • Expense tracking for the office and for staff petty cash.

Collection: from the notebook to a recovery panel

Recovery officers get their own panel and app. They see the bills that are still open, record a payment on the spot and hand over a receipt straight away. The Android app keeps working when the signal drops and sends the records when the phone is back online.

The provider sees every payment with the name of the person who collected it, and can compare officers over any period. Areas and zones can be drawn on a map and assigned to an officer, so two people do not collect from the same street. For practical advice on getting paid on time, read how to recover unpaid dues from ISP subscribers.

A portal and app for your subscribers

Each subscriber can sign in to see their package, the days left in the current cycle, their bills and receipts. They can send payment proof (a screenshot or a transaction ID) for you to verify, and ask for a package change. That cuts the number of calls to your office asking "what do I owe?".

Who myisphub is for

  • Fibre (GPON/FTTH) and wireless internet providers, from a few hundred to several thousand subscribers.
  • Cable operators who bill an internet package and a cable TV package on the same bill.
  • ISPs that work through sub-dealers or contractors and want each one tracked.
  • Owners who want an accountant, recovery officers, installers and support staff to work in one system, each seeing only what their job needs.

What it does not do

We would rather you know this before you start:

  • myisphub handles billing, collection and customer records. It does not connect to your routers, so it does not switch a subscriber on or off in MikroTik, RADIUS or an OLT. You keep using your network tools for that.
  • WhatsApp reminders open in WhatsApp, ready to send with one tap. They are not sent automatically in bulk through the WhatsApp Business API.
  • Subscribers pay you directly (cash, wallet or bank). There is no online card gateway built in. Payments are recorded and verified inside myisphub.

Frequently asked questions

Does myisphub work for fibre, wireless and cable ISPs?

Yes. It bills internet packages and cable TV packages, stores device details such as MAC address and ONU serial number, and works the same whatever technology you use to deliver the service.

Does it support Pakistani rupees and local payment methods?

All amounts are in PKR. Payments can be recorded as cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay or bank transfer, and subscriber payment proofs are verified before they are applied to a bill.

Can recovery officers work without internet?

In the Android app, yes. Payments recorded while offline are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection returns.

Is my subscriber data separate from other ISPs?

Yes. Each ISP’s subscribers, bills, payments and staff are kept separate. Your staff can only see your own data, and each staff role only sees what it needs.

Does myisphub connect to MikroTik or RADIUS?

Not at the moment. It manages billing, collection and customer records. You keep using your existing network tools to control the connections.
